The Brexit opportunities for farmers to supply food to local customers

About Anthony Davison

Anthony is a 5th generation farmer who set up BigBarn in 2000 to change the food industry and get farmers more than the average 9p in every £1 spent on food in the supermarket.

He has built up BigBarn over the years in to a profitable Community Interest Company and has big ambitions for the local food industry over the next 2 years.

With farming subsidies set to change and increased demand for British grown food there will be an opportunity for Farmers to grow food for local markets both retail and wholesale. BigBarn is the UK’s leading local food website and this seminar will present the opportunities ahead.
